11 Pay Plan - June 1 – April 1
$200 service fee

EFT 11 Payment Plan -Autodraft on the first of each month
June 1st-April 1st
$200 Service Fee
$100 Discount for choosing EFT

Payments are due on the 1st of the month – $25.00 late fee if received after 10 day grace period.
